I'm not too fond of green jalapenos or any of the
sauces made from green chiles (El Yucateco
Green comes to mind...echhhh). The raw, grassy
flavor just ruins everything.
I did find a sauce at a local restaurant called
"Gunslinger". Ingredients: Red ripe jalapenos,
vinegar, salt. Very nice flavor, made in Spring
Hill, KS.
Scott... It ain't tasty if it's green... KCK
