HI all, I've been following the salsa recipe thread with much salivation. I've got the next two days off and will be trying a couple that Christopher Eaves posted (thanks Chris!). Anyway, I've got everything I need to make salsa growing in the garden. I should be able to make LOTS of salsa. I've got everything I need except a good recipe that will can well. Has anyone got a favorite tried and true salsa recipe that's suitable for canning? Thanks, Tim in Kalispell
