I'd be willing to put together a web page on this topic if you folks
would send me ONLY facts about Botulinus toxins. (causes, types,
preventions, and other health facts dealing with food poisoning or
preserving our peppers.) Send it directly to me and not the list. This
page will be helpful to all newbies and others with concerns about
setting aside pepper products.
Some of you that produce sauces and sell them might send me an
explaintion of what you do to prevent killing off your clients..
