OK....David, have not seen a word from you for a long time! Has your wife recovered yet? I did that curried pork tenderloin tonight, along with a tofu and vegetable dish in oyster sauce, and of course, Thai rice. When Marie tasted it, again, of course, instead of all those funny primeval sounds your wife made, she, remembering that post went"oink"! I said Oink? And she replied, "Well, if David Smith's wife can make funny sounds about how good this is, then so can I,& it *is* PORK!" So there, David....also I did a tofu in oyster sauce, just veggies, green pepper, red pepper, celery, onion, mushrooms, snow peas, baby corn, and ginger & garlic! Like Wow, it was good. Like yours last night Mary-Anne, twarnt very much left! For those who do not have the infamous Curried Pork Tenderloin, that I devised last year...go to Rob Lusk's page at: www.PepperFool.com and download it of any of the other 62 originals of mine...I didn't think that I had done that many over the years, but there ya go! Anyone who wants the Tofu in Oyster sauce recipe(NO chiles) email me privately, you can too, Joy! Mary-Anne, that is not the complete set of recipes, they are in the archives, at the C-H home page. Cheers, and a happy and SAFE fourth of July...we just had our FIRST of July! Doug in BC
