I buy Consorzio Roasted Garlic flavored olive oil (750 ml) at Costco. I think it runs about $8 which is a steal as the small bottle (375 ml) is $9 at most specialty stores. You don't cook with it or for that matter any extra virgin olive oil as the heat destroys it! You just drizzle it over cooked veggies, on hummus, on pizza, you get it. There is one more wonderful item at Costco in the fresh veggie cooler--Christopher Ranch Roasted Garlic. We use it to puree w/olive oil to make the most wonderful G-A-R-L-I-C bread. Try sprinkle Jim's Applewood Smoked Chipotle on it and some parmesan cheese a little chopped fresh Italian parsley. No werewolves in our house. Made a great pasta sauce last night and dumped in a bunch of ground smoked Burmese Chiles from our trip there in January. WOW! They do know how to smoke their chiles! Have a great HOT 4th, Mary-Anne
