I just spent several days in Buffalo (NY) and although I did not 
sample any wings, I did get a bottle of Anchor Bar's wing sauce. I 
rummaged around both the local Wegman's and another grocery 
store and found some interesting hot sauces, all of which are 
reported to be made in NY state. I am headed there again in two 
weeks and will be stocking up on the ones I missed. Any 
recommendations on what is interesting from the region? Any wing 
sauces I should look for? How about good spots to eat? I am 
staying near the airport and would be interested in places nearby 
that may have spicy stuff. Definitely doing wings this time!
