Definitely not low fat, but definitely good, green. I've made my spinach salads like that for years with boiled eggs, the crumbled bacon, Cherry tomatoes and red onions. But sitting here eating the tomatillo/chilpotle salsa we made yesterday, it occured to me that this would be an excellent thing to add to a wilted salad dressing.... Much prefer a little more heat to the dressing (as opposed to sugar) and the smokey flavor of the chilpotle would be excellent with bacon dressing. Of course not EVERYTHING has to have peppers in it does it? well? Does it? <g> Sometimes you need something else without chiles to compliment and accentuate the main courses. (Or is that heresy here?)
