First of all, let me say, off topic, that I am totally overwhelmed, by the 37, at last count, messages that I have received,direct as well as on the list, telling me how much they appreciate (a) my humor (b) my recipes (c) the folksy way that I present them(humour included). They have come from Chile-Heads all over the world, the US(including California) Canada, England, New Zealand and Oz, and oh yes Africa...I do not know what to say, other than to all who have emailed, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! Tonight I did a smoked salmon pieces in a cream sauce, with chiles and Calvin's, new potatoes, whole cauliflower, liberally dosed with turmeric, and Calvin's!!! We have our yougest daughter, husband, and little kid(7 just) with us for a couple of weeks, and they are raving about this, as I type...Shannon, the 7yr old, particularly requested this, so we did it for her.Anyone who does not know how to do this, holler, BUT only if you have smoked salmon available to you....we ar eindeed fortunate here in the Pacific Northwest...Cheers, Doug, in Beautiful BC, finally!Sandy O, Ch # 2055, only sometimes moderate!
