Imagine what *I* would have ended up with! In the "proper" proportions, this would be very good bread, not sure how much cheese, but it would need several jals at least. Not being a bread machine person, 2 cups of flour would make an awfully small loaf wouldn't it? I use more flour than that for a pizza crust! Which btw, is excellent with some cheese and peppers added to it... Oh darn, now I suppose I'm going to have to cook. On the chile-cheese idea, Bruegger's makes a pretty decent cheddar-jalapeno bagel here. Not hot, but you can see and taste the chunks of chopped jals. steph
