We're passive solar (just a big hoop house) with no fans. It's really NOT that humid in our house because the doors are kept open throughout the day. Growing several varities of peppers, including Johnny's "King Arthur." Something I'm told is that chile will not set fruit at higher than 90 degrees. Our house has regularly been 110 degrees this summer. I have to admit, I haven't noticed that the fruit set has COMPLETELY been stopped at any point.
