For anyone looking for the recipes from the late Colonel Ian
Kuntilanont-Phillpot's wife's recipes, 95 of them are at this url:

This will take you to Singapore, and a wealth of great recipes from all
over the far east, including Malay, Indonesian, Indian, Japanese, and
Chinese, also Phillipines....have fun. I ahve enjoyed this site for a
long time now, going back to it for inspiration when the spirit moves
me! I will post one later that I did tonight, with pork and tofu, red
cooked, with chile! It was so great that there is only a little bit left!
