OK, Tonight I went with barbq baby back ribs again. one rack I used a dry rub of ancho chile poweder, salt, pepper, sugar and brown sugar. The othe rack I used Jim's Fiery Habenero Sauce. I got to say I like the sweetness it has compared with to the dry rub. My nose is still running and lips burning but it was good! I basted the ribs 3-4 times with the sauce and I survived! I still haven't caught the rat/mouse! When I came home from a trip I found the sticky glue trap on the floor stuck to a carpet runner loaded with mouse/rat hair but no animal!
