The hab powder really enhances the flavor of the elk meat, without being overpowering. Well, overpowering for me, that is. It's amazing how few people mooch from me a second time :) Mmmm, munching a big slice right now and washing it down with Pilsner Urquell, life is good sometimes... Richard
