I will add that if the chipotles are still leathery and flexible, you might want to dry them further ( I use an electric dehydrator) prior to grinding. What are the rest of you storing your powders in? I am using those 4 ounce jelly jars, the mini-canning types with separate rings and seals. Seems to work very well. Scott... just curious... KCK
