56Green, flat left, 96 blue, hut, hut.... A blender is about the "wurst" thing you could use. A food processor with the puree blade in it is a better choice. I'm lucky enuff to have an old "La Machine" which is so much narrower than a modern food processor that it's ideal also because the motor is so powerful. The small machines for chopping and grinding don't work for powders at all. Of course they might if you don't mind standing there with your thumb on the power button for about a week. If you're going to use a coffee grinder, don't scrimp on cost. Buy the biggest motor available. It stings the pocketbook but you will sing the praises of the ChileKnight forever. Gareth
