[CH] Equipment for Making Hot Sauce

Hello, again.

Wondering where I can find a source of restaurant equipment (preferably
used) for the making of my sauces.

This one-gallon food processor and funnel stuff is killing me!

Think a five- to ten-gallon FP and some kind of a bottler would do.
