You may also want to check the St Lawrence Market.  Last time I
was there, there were a number of places selling sauces on the
lower level.  Of course, Chinatown is also an option for any of
the oriental hot sauces.  There is also a fairly large Jamaican
population in Toronto so you may want to look through the yellow
pages for a specialty store.

They are based in Ottawa but mail order all over Canada.  I have
never mail ordered from them (I live in Ottawa) but buy directly
from their store front and have never had a problem with service
or selection (all disclaimers ...)
