[CH] Hot sauce expos

'Heads,
I'm another of these pathetic peripatetic Kiwis and it's Winter here,
the fish have fled, the surf sucks and I need a dose of hot, bad. To
qualify for a write off on my trips I need to satisfy the nasty gnomes
in our tax service that any travel is a legit business expense, so I
seek a hot sauce convention or chilli gathering where I could
conceivably sell my range of hot sauces, (and single handedly balance
our trade deficit). I travelled to the 1997 International Chile Pepper
Expo in Dallas ,but it doesn't seem to be on this year. Anyone got any
goss on whats happening there? or could point me in the direction of
something suitably industry based? West Coast USA would be closer, but
hey kiwis might be flightless birds, but those stubby little legs let us
walk powerfully far. We plant our chili fields in the South Pacific
Spring (September) so it would need to be before then.
