Good morning, Mary-Anne et al...the one I am drinking currently is a French red...Kressmann's vin rouge Selectionne, a full bodied, fairly good flavored red...no affilliation, etc., and as I rarely drink white, with the exception of a good gewurtz, when I can find one, this red, I have found goes very well with whatever hot spicy food we are having at the moment, which is all the time! And, Tom, over there, you should be able to get that one. As I do not drink beer, after getting deathly ill from a bad draft beer, many years ago, red wine is all I drink, oh maybe a gin & tonic once in awhile, which also goes well with chile in whatever form...cheers, Doug in BC
