Speaking of which, is there such a thing as a Green Hab? I thought they all started out Green, then over time turned orange, or Red. Are they different plants, or is a Red Hab an Orange Hab, just left on the plant longer? I'm interested in the taste differences too, seems Green would be mild, orange hot, and red REALLY hot...
