I would hardly think this is something to brag about although as they say in the media business, there is no such thing as bad publicity. As an evil corporate type and sort-of commercial producer, I would be crawling into the deepest hole I could find if any of my bottles exploded as that means they were not bottled under sterile conditions. All of the effort in bottling goes into making sure they DO NOT explode as this is their 'default' setting. Failing to either maintain a proper pH or bottling temp allows things to ferment, which in turn produces CO2, which causes the bottles to explode. Undoubtedly this gent will be rewarded for his failure to maintain proper packing conditions. Sigh...... -Jim C MWPH
