When we do a "Pig Roast" there is always a crowd for the crisp skin. I
would imagine you could go to your local meat produce market and get
what you need. Deep fry them and season them right after you take them
out of the oil (just like potato fries). But here are a couple places
that carry them, I would think I'd do my own if I wanted a barrel of
them.
