x/p to MC-Recipe and BakeryShoppe: I just got a nice size package of dried chile de arbol in the mail from a chile-head friend and I don't have that many good recipes to use them. I was wondering if anyone had some really good, tried & true, recipes for using them. I have enough to pepper up many a dish for a long, long time since I am the only one in the house who is really into them. Any help would be appreciated. RisaG P.S. Thanks Tantrika.
