I just received a package from a friend in England that included a small bag of hot paprika and a small bag of sweet paprika (both from Hungaria). I know what to do with sweet paprika but I have never used hot paprika. Are there any special recipes using it that are different from the recipes that use sweet paprika? I can't wait to use it.
