All... At the farmer's market today I picked up some "Gypsy" peppers. They're not hot, but a sweet one. They're a yellow/green and look wonderful. I'm hoping they don't taste anything like bell peppers as I really can't stand those... Anyway, I've a lb. of ground lamb and want to make some kind'a lamb/paprika stuffing for these chiles with a paprika gravy, but am not finding anything on The Web. Anybuddy got any ideas??? Doug??? Actually, doesn't *have* to be paprika, could be some other spice... And cheese would be wonderful, too! But need some idea on what to do with these peppers and the lamb. Thanks! green
