Well, there's the semiannual hotlock at my home in Concord, MA coming up in
late September or early October.  Michael Jackson is having a chile roast
this Saturday.  The Massachuusetts state barbecue championship is held in
Hanover, MA, but I haven't heard about a salsa contest.
