Yes - I have had the same problem.

I also object to The Pepper Girl's policy of only offering "credits"
when she's out of seeds (i.e., she gets to keep my money), rather than
sending me a check (which, this year, I expressly requested; of course I
still got a credit slip...).

Also, the seeds in each package are getting fewer and fewer, and the
germination rates really stunk up the place.

Byron, I'm with you.  No more Pepper Gal seeds for me.
