IMHO:

The best Tex-Mex is at Mi Rae in Watauga, on Denton Highway, if I
remember correctly.  Also, I liked Don Pablo's, even if it is a chain.
 We preferred the one by Hulen Mall.

For hot, try the rat-toes at either Razoo's location.  Try the one
downtown, go early, then wander the streets; Fort Worth has one of the
nicest downtown areas I've ever seen.
