Hi All...
    Got information recently that will be of interest to any Minnesota/Iowa
chile-heads.  We don't have fields of peppers around here to pick-your-own
and taste etc. but there is a place in Belle Plaine, MN that appears to have
quite an operation.  On October 3rd and 4th they will be having "a
harvest-time event that offers a chili feed and a display of hundreds of
varieties of peppers."  This in addition to typical harvest stuff like
pumpkins, corn and gourds.  Their website is www.brewerycreekfarmmarket.com
More info is available there plus phone number, directions etc.

Not affiliated etc. etc....it just sounds like an unusual event in the great
plains country.
