As for the name of the huckleberry daquiri spiked with habanero, I was 
reminded of the joke whose punchline was, "It's a Hichory, Daquiri, Doc"
so in your best slurred voice (from too much drinking) I suggest you call
it:

      "Hab anudda huckleberry daq?"
