Thanks for the deep fried turkey instructions. It certainly sounds simple enough.
And, does sound like it's something that needs to be done outdoors. I'll have to
do it soon--
before it gets to cold here.


But another question or two. Which is better (traditional?) to prepare by this
method:
- a smaller or larger bird whole, or
- any size bird cut up
