But you should worry about keeping the soil wet all the time. Keeping potted
soil wet enough for fungus to develop suggests you're not far from root rot...
especially if you're growing in plastic pots... plastic pots don't 'breathe' as
a clay pot will. Soil-grown root systems need air.
... some drought is not all bad but preferred for pepper growing.
