Hi all Last Spring I was given some tomatillo seeds which I planted in the greenhouse as an experiment. I now have seven enormous plants with hundreds of tomatillos of various sizes! I have used some in recipes found in Mexican cookbooks but still have far too many. Does anyone have any recipes for preserving these? I assume that they will freeze but I would like to try pickling/chutneys etc. I would also be grateful for any other recipes to supplement my rather limited stock. Many thanks Tim
