Hi. Is there anywhere a list/site where acceptable pepper substitutions can be found? If a recipe calls for XXXX pepper, and I don't have/can't get it, what can I use in its place, like 1/2 YYYY or 4 ZZZZ? And is there a list of the various names (at least the ones I might run into) for a given pepper? Oh, yes. Some of our peppers turned out to be Anaheims, but we're finding many uses for them. Picked my first little orange Hab last evening (insert big smile), and the temp was 45 here this morning (insert sobbing and snarling).
