Hi Lists, These questions covers hydroponics and chiles. I am TRYING to grow Manzano, Guajillo and some other unknown chiles indoors in a flood and drain system. The plants are between 200 and 300cm tall and are starting to branch out. Due to limited space they are spaced 300cm ( 1' ) apart. The top leaves are very big and throws a shadow over the lower ones on the main stem, this seems to stunt the lower leaf growth. I have a 150W HPS lamp on top and 2 x 4ft flourescent tubes on the side. Is it advisable to trim away some of the top leaves to let light through. If it is, how do I go about it. I dont know if all chile plants do this ( newbie! ) but once the main stem split, each sub stem splits again, and again, and again.... Little bulbs have appeard on these splits, I assume that will be the flowers / chiles to be?? Thanks in advance Ivan
