	Yeah, my red chocs don't have near the heat as even 
	regular orange habs.  While prepping them for a batch
	of hab-stuffed olives, (man, I think I'm getting addicted
	to those things) I got a reasonable case of hunan hand,
	but the olives don't have close to the bite I got from
	using last year's frozen orange habs.
