Anyone tried this? The Jamaican grocery/diner down the street carries it and a couple of other Jamaican hot sauces; I do like the Calypso particularly. I think it's the mustard base and the considerable heat, plus that nice tinge of sweetness. It's great with eggs (never mind that Tabasco stuff...) Matouk's also makes a "Hot Sauce" which is reddish instead of yellow; don't know what that one's like as I've never picked it up. The Calypso certainly is a good value; I pay about $2.50/10 oz., which is about twice the volume of your standard sauce bottle. Anyone tried the Baron's brand of pepper sauces? I've seen two or three around the stores; never picked one up as they didn't seem to have much in the way of distinguishing recommendations. Anyone have any comments on them? Jonathan
