Just remembered part of something I read many years ago
Someone wrote an article in Organic Gardening Mag.
He did something to a hot pepper then added drops of tomato
juice. He compared the heat by comparing the number of drops
of tomato juice needed to bring the heat level down to the
equivalent of a Jal. Of course the more drops, the hotter it was.
For those that keep the mag. This would have been late 80's
early 90's.
