And while you are at it, get a few bottles of the "Original Finishing 
Sauce". It is not hot. It does not seem that interesting. It also 
seems WAY to sweet. But it WILL save your reputation when you have 
destroyed that piece of meat on the bbq ("DARN, totally dried 
out!")...  then just brush it on, generously, give it a few secs more 
of heat...  and...
