This was the first "Made in the Islands" sauce I ever encountered.  4 years
hence On St. Croix.  Lotsa memories attached.
The one I currently have on my shelf is Scotch bonnet peppers, Mustard
,Vinegar and onions.  very nice on sandwiches and fries..
A good balance mustard and chile heat with a detectable but not overpowering
vinegar tang.
