The one I currently have on my shelf is Scotch bonnet peppers, Mustard ,Vinegar and onions. very nice on sandwiches and fries.. A good balance mustard and chile heat with a detectable but not overpowering vinegar tang. Eat Hot. Think Hot. Love Hot. Doug
