My friends and I have a bumper crop of habs. We have gallons and gallons producing from over 50 plants. The folks who planned this thought thery were gonna need that many to make pepper spray to use as a pesticide in the organic garden. Needless to say, we have more than enough. I am smoking some habs and plan to smoke more. But I need some reliable pickling recipes that will keep these wonderful peppers through the winter.
