If you had read a lot of the back issues, I think you will find Dave
Anderson
has bent over backwards to replace problem seeds. Even those that
were the growers problems.

   I disagree with him on some seed suppliers principles, but I can not
fault
him for Customer Satisfaction. On many occasions on this list, he has
made replacements or offers of replacements where other seed 
compainies won't.

If you had seedlings that made it up to 2 in tall and then died. Don't
look for a replacement from Burpee.
