We've been through this before on the list, but ...
I do know that grain fed pet possums are much better eating than those
that have been scavenging in the wild.
They don't have that "gamey" taste!
To stay on topic - I do have a stuffed possum recipe that includes chiles,
if anyone is interested - similar to stuffed turkey, but a possum instead.
