Hi Jonathan,

It may be the Matouk's Hot Sauce that has mustard.  The Calypso Sauce
lists it's ingredients as:

Water, Papaya in vinegar, sugar, Scotch Bonnet peppers, onions in vinegar,
cucumbers in vinegar, corn starch, salt, vinegar, spices.  (Rael, sorry
'bout all the vinegar!)

Whatever the case, Matuoks is a good product.  As far as lack of heat - as
always toss in Calvin's and Campbell's Powder!
