Dear Randy, Alan, et al.,
I recently did a batch of boiled peanuts in the crockpot...my first
attempt!
Dumped in a pound of raw peanuts, covered them with water, added lots of
salt and minced jalapenos. Cooked on low all day (at least 12 hours,
maybe more).
They were wonderful! Even the shells were great to chew on!
