Dear Randy, Alan, et al., I recently did a batch of boiled peanuts in the crockpot...my first attempt! Dumped in a pound of raw peanuts, covered them with water, added lots of salt and minced jalapenos. Cooked on low all day (at least 12 hours, maybe more). They were wonderful!
