When making my first batch of boiled peanuts >this summer I tossed a big handful of seeded fresh Habs into the brine. >Mmmmmm I tried the habaneros this last summer with some boiled peanuts and they were great. At flea markets here in Alabama they sell the regular (plain) boiled peanuts and have offered Cajun boiled peanuts for the last few years. They add big chunks of jalapenos and other spices. I like them all, but the hotter and spicier the better. Saundra
