I have a vegi-grill pan, a plate with 3/8 of an inch holes spaced through out and enameled. Great for the grill but also works in the oven at the lowest setting and with the door ajar for drying. Keep an eye on temp and dryness til done. I then store them in a canning jar with a package of di-silica-gel (food grade saved from nori sheets... mmm sushi) to maintain dryness.
