I've been following the discussion, and didn't want to mix in, but Chuck
here is more than right and I can tell you that if it was me you were
attacking I would accuse you of public slander. Plus, when my company could
feel a financial loss due to this I would sue you for every penny.

I do hope, and with this in mind, that you can't wait to apologize.
