While I recall vividly Byron's mention of the subject, which he or someone
else brought up again recently, I don't recall him ever saying anything
against ToughLove seeds, just Totally Tomatoes.

What a stupid question! Who would ever buy defective seeds to resell them?
If someone wanted to sell defective seeds, there certainly would be no
reason to buy them in order to sell them.
