Does anyone have a recipe for making "hot" pickles or green beans? I'm going to attempt 3 types of "hot" canned green beans in the next day or two. I will use serano, jalapeņo, and orange habs in my attempt to mimic a product called Jala-Bean-Os produced by Lehman Farm. I would appreciate any suggestions on technique and/or brine recipes from those more experienced than myself. I will report back my findings in a month or so when the final product is ready ...
